Anthony Van Der Wielen, Principal of Empire Property Solutions, has enjoyed an educational and lucrative real estate career and has established himself as one of WA’s leading Real Estate commentators and mentors.

Anthony has been providing his clients with an honest and upfront approach since joining the industry in 1996 and took the next step in 2003 by establishing his own company – Empire Property Solutions. An accomplished and successful businessman who has owned several real estate companies across Perth over the past 20 years.

A passion for Fremantle is already in Anthony’s blood. He’s the fifth generation of his family living in Fremantle and he can’t think of a better place for him, and wife Jenny, to raise their two children.

His career achievements are many and he is rightly proud of his growing reputation as a real estate agent and influential business person amongst a circle of high profile West Australians. Anthony offers a wealth of experience and expertise in particular around complex contract negotiations, media management and wealth generation. Not just an expert in property, he is well known and respected within both the sporting and business communities across Australia. An asset that he utilises well to open doors and provide opportunities for his clients. He has been an AFL accredited player agent for over 17 years, where his keen negotiation skills are employed by some of the games biggest names over the past 2 decades not only to manage their real estate portfolios but also in supervising their playing contracts with AFL clubs, media, sponsorship opportunities and mentoring the players both during and after their careers. Anthony has also worked as a commissioner of combat sports for the WA government and has coached, guided and mentored many successful individuals in business and sport for many years.​
